All the pieces begin to form a perfect storm of deception when D.D. goes to see a pain specialist, Adeline Day, who hasn't the ability to feel pain at all. Worst off, Adeline is the daughter of the killer Harry Day, who committed the original murders who Adeline's sister, Shana, went on to copy. Shana has been in prison for 25 years and she subsequently killed more people.
